This series of work was a personal project I decided to do. My job is primarily creating artwork within the music industry, which I love, but I also have a huge love for comic books. Spider-Man is my absolute favorite character. His rogue's gallery of villains have to be one of the best in all of comic books, arguably on level or better than Batman's set of villains, and I wanted to showcase them in a vintage merchandise format.
My approach was to make sure they all looked to be a part of the same set of designs while also playing with each characters unique aesthetic. I believe this would fit perfectly in a retail store such as Target, JC Penny, Kohls....you get the idea.
All characters are owned and copyrighted by Marvel and I in no way shape or form am claiming I created these characters, I only put together the designs using their characters for personal fun and enjoyment.
